- The details you enter when you book an interview.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, schedule and hold interviews, get to know families, manage puppy reservations, and keep in touch with our puppy families. We do not sell your information.
Payments
We accept interview fees and deposits by Venmo only. We do not collect or store card or bank details on this website. Venmo handles your payment under its own privacy policy.
Services we use
Your information passes through services that help us run the site and talk with you, including our website host, Gmail, Google Calendar, our form plugin, and Google reCAPTCHA, which helps protect our forms from spam. We use them only to run Bernerlandia.
Cookies and embedded content
This site shows videos from YouTube and photos from Instagram. These services, and Google reCAPTCHA, may set their own cookies when you view them. At this time we do not run advertising on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep information from families for as long as we need it to manage reservations and support our puppy families. Families may ask us at any time to remove their information, including photos, from this website, and we will do so.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

You may ask us to correct your information, or to remove it from our website, by sending us a message through our contact form.
